ABOUT THE ROLE As a Grants Project Manager, Canada at CFS, you’ll own federal and provincial grant applications end-to-end, leading writing teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder timelines, while serving as the strategic interface between CFS and our clients. You’ll bring rigor and momentum to high-stakes proposals from kickoff through submission, with quality and competitive positioning as the priority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage grant applications from client kickoff through submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines • Develop project timelines, milestones, and go/no-go decision points aligned with solicitation requirements, and create project tasks assigned to the appropriate team members • Serve as the primary point of contact between CFS and the client/partners, providing weekly status updates on project status and pending action items • Coordinate writers and technical experts across proposal teams, balancing expertise with capacity to avoid burnout • Oversee compliance with Canadian federal grant regulations and program-specific terms and conditions; manage submissions across federal and provincial grant platforms • Serve
