THE ROLE As an IT Engineer at Watershed, you’ll own the internal technology and SaaS platforms our teams rely on every day and shape how employees experience IT across our global offices.

As we grow globally, you’ll have real ownership over the systems you build and a direct hand in shaping where IT goes next, partnering closely with teammates in San Francisco and London.
