[https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/1d985516-2a99-43c0-b591-957f5adaceb9/2c6957b4-39d2-40b3-8eb6-7e380a0c2f9c/B13.png] This role offers the opportunity to be the site-level custodian of warehouse controls at one of Africa’s fastest-growing fintechs, owning everything from inventory discipline and customs compliance to people development and third-party relationships.

You’ll enforce disciplined storage and inventory controls, keep imports and clearing activity compliant with customs and regulatory requirements, drive down obsolete and ageing stock, and build a capable, well-managed warehouse and logistics team. Working closely with Finance, the Head of Manufacturing, and cross-functional stakeholders, your decisions protect the organisation from compliance risk, stock loss, and operational inefficiency every single day.
